Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the PKR Beta platform in any capacity — whether to browse, deposit, play games or place bets — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all services offered by PKR Beta, including online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, slots, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and all related features and promotional activities.

These terms apply alongside any additional rules, game-specific terms or promotional terms that PKR Beta publishes from time to time. Eligibility & Age Verification

PKR Beta is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any services. By registering, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older. PKR Beta takes age verification seriously and will request documentary proof of age from any member where there is reason to do so, or as part of standard account verification procedures.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where use of the PKR Beta platform is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any self-exclusion register applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or family member of a PKR Beta employee in a position that creates a conflict of interest.

PKR Beta reserves the right to request identity documents from any member at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on PKR Beta. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, PKR Beta reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or unsettled bets and withhold any bonus funds credited to those accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your identity documents, your valid mobile number, your date of birth and your current residential address in Pakistan. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. PKR Beta must be notified promptly of any changes to your contact or identity information.

Account registration does not guarantee approval. PKR Beta reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registrations suspected of being fraudulent, machine-generated or made in bad faith will be rejected immediately and any associated funds will not be returned.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PKR Beta account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. PKR Beta will never ask you for your password — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account or use your account on behalf of another person. All activity carried out through your account will be attributed to you, regardless of whether that activity was carried out by you personally or by a third party who obtained access to your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify PKR Beta immediately at support@pkrbeta.app. PKR Beta will investigate the matter promptly. During an investigation, access to affected accounts may be temporarily restricted to protect member funds. PKR Beta offers two-factor authentication as an account security feature and strongly encourages all members to enable it.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

PKR Beta operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, wagers and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied at any stage of a transaction using supported local payment methods.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (mobile wallet)
• SadaPay (mobile wallet)
• IBFT bank transfer
• Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount on PKR Beta is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. PKR Beta does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made via local Pakistani payment methods.

Withdrawal requests submitted during standard business hours are typically processed within a few hours for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within 24 hours for all other supported methods. PKR Beta reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit into your account, or to a verified account held in your own name.

PKR Beta reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal where there is a suspected breach of these terms, an ongoing identity verification process or a suspected fraudulent transaction. In such cases, PKR Beta will notify the member and provide an estimated resolution timeframe wherever possible.

Bonuses & Promotions

PKR Beta offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, refer-a-friend bonuses and periodic promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion.

General bonus terms applicable to all PKR Beta promotions:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible members and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Each promotion is available once per person, household, IP address and payment method unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonus funds not wagered within this period will be forfeited.
• Only real-money deposits made by the member using an eligible payment method qualify for deposit-matched bonuses. Deposits made with other bonus funds do not count toward deposit-matched promotions.
• PKR Beta reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer before it is credited if there is reason to believe that the registration or deposit was made fraudulently or in bad faith.
• PKR Beta may, at its sole discretion, modify or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time. Notice will be given to affected members wherever reasonably possible.

If PKR Beta identifies that a member or group of members is abusing the bonus system — including by using multiple accounts, coordinating with others to exploit promotions or using any technical method to circumvent wagering requirements — PKR Beta reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals and close the accounts involved.

Game Rules & Bet Settlement

All casino games on PKR Beta use certified random number generators. The rules of each game are available within the game interface before play begins. By placing a bet or beginning a game round, you confirm that you have understood and accepted the applicable game rules.

For sports betting, PKR Beta follows standard industry settlement rules. Key points:

• Bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Where official results are not available, PKR Beta will use reliable third-party data sources.
• If a match or event is postponed and does not take place within 24 hours of the original scheduled kick-off, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• If a match is abandoned after it has started, bets will be voided unless the outcome of the specific market has already been determined — for example, a first goalscorer market that was settled before the abandonment.
• In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds — such as where a clear technical error results in odds being significantly mis-stated — PKR Beta reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to members.
• Cash out values are calculated in real time and reflect current market conditions. Once a cash out is confirmed by the member, it is final and cannot be reversed.

Any disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with PKR Beta support within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. PKR Beta's decision on all settlement disputes is final, subject to the complaints procedure outlined on the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKR Beta. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud or the financing of criminal activity.
• Creating or using more than one PKR Beta account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion or any coordinated activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a game or sporting event.
• Sharing account access with any other person or using another person's account.
• Engaging in any activity that PKR Beta reasonably believes constitutes bonus abuse.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing PKR Beta staff or other members through any channel.

Responsible Gaming

PKR Beta is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers a range of tools to help members manage their gaming activity. All responsible gaming tools are accessible from the account settings area without requiring contact with the support team.

Available responsible gaming tools on PKR Beta:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased for 24 hours after an increase request is submitted.

Intellectual Property

All content on the PKR Beta platform — including but not limited to software, databases, game assets, graphics, logos, text, user interface designs and promotional materials — is the property of PKR Beta or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, transmit, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any PKR Beta content without prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use of PKR Beta intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

PKR Beta provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service, PKR Beta does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary service interruptions.

PKR Beta's liability to any member in connection with the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the relevant transaction that gave rise to the claim. PKR Beta is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss or damage arising from use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption.

Privacy & Data

PKR Beta collects and processes personal data from members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pkrbeta.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

PKR Beta uses member data for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations and, where consent has been given, for the delivery of promotional communications. Member data is not sold to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors and identity verification partners only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

Account Suspension & Closure

PKR Beta reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months where the balance is zero.
• At the request of a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason and the member is not in breach of these terms, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their PKR Beta account may do so at any time by contacting support at support@pkrbeta.app. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded provided identity verification requirements have been satisfied.

Amendments to These Terms

PKR Beta reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this document. Where changes are material, PKR Beta will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members via their registered email address or mobile number before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the PKR Beta platform after the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect. Closing your account after this point will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of closure.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the use of the PKR Beta platform that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration. PKR Beta's decision on operational matters, including account and bet settlement decisions, is final unless demonstrated to be in clear violation of these terms.

These Terms and Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
